Can we get a "Special Needs" pass at IOA?

while at Disney, we are able to get my son a special pass because he has a form of autism. This allows him to not have to stand in LONG lines and move towards the front of the lines. This is a HUGE help for him as all the crowds upset him but he LOVES the parks.

Does Universal offer any kind of a pass like this?

I'm not too sure about that, but I do know Universal does have a rider/child swap area to where in a case like yours you and the child could wait in the child swap room while the rest of your party waits the line.
 
Yes they do...just stop at guest services on the way in.
