Can we get a rental car right at Yacht Club?

We are thinking about doing Yacht Club CL for a few days and then renting a car to drive to Ft Myers to see family. We will be flying in to Orlando and taking the ME to Yacht Club, drivin to Ft Myers and dropping off rental car and then flying back home out of Ft Myers. What would be the easiest way to do this? Thanks!

If you're willing to rent from Alamo or National, then there is a rental desk at the Dolphin. You can easily walk there from the Yacht Club.

Alamo/National has a rental location at the Dolphin Hotel a short walk from the YC about 5-10 minutes. There is not a rental car location at the YC or any Disney owned resort for that matter.

Thank you! We will now be driving TO disney from Fort Myers, not the other way around. So I guess I should rent from Alamo/National in Ft Myers so I can drop the car right in Disney?

Don't limit yourself to Alamo/National when renting for this purpose. Most of the major car rental companies have locations on WDW property. Check the Car Rental Sticky thread near the top of this forum for info on where those offices are. You may find a better deal with somebody else.

Check with multiple scenarios. We did this last summer with 3 days in West Palm and 4 days at WDW. We found it was cheaper to rent for the full week so we just kept the car and drove ourselves back to the airport to return. Have fun!
