We are a family of 4. We are staying at Ft. Wilderness cabins. We are FL residents/APs. We have a cabin booked 1/2-7. We have 2 sets of friends meeting us up there at different points of the trip. The first night its just us. the 2nd and 3rd night friends driving back from the north are going to visit and the last 2 days 2 night friends are coming up to join us as a getaway. NEVER will we have more that 6 people sleeping there-can we have them all stay and vist and not have them regirstered?

When you check in at the Reception Outpost, add your guests to the room for the nights they are staying there. You may even be able to call CRO and do this now. Since you are not on the dining plan, this should not be a problem. There also should be no extra charge for them since it's FW and you can sleep six. You do have to register them (and if they need keys, this is the only way to get them), but there is no penalty to do so.

the other reason to have the extra guests officially registered so they can get the room key (KTTW) Then your guests can also attend any Extra Magic Hours with you. If they're not registered, they would not have key cards to show so they could get on the rides during EMH (and could not even get into the park for morning EMH with you.)
