Can we do Boma with a flight back at 10:30.

We are staying at AKV for our trip in May. There are 8 of us for most of the week. Don't know if we will have enough food left in the villa for breakfast by then. Boma opens at 7:30 we have ADRs. Will this be enough time to also make it to ME in time for ME that morning? Or can we get some kind of take out the day before so we can store things in villa till the next morning. Our flight back to Boston is at 10:30 am. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I don't think that will work. Usually ME pickup is 3 hours before your flight. When we stayed at AKL back in September our flight was at 3 and ME pickup was 11:45.

If your flight is at 10:30 am, you will be scheduled to leave for the airport on DME at approximatley 7:30. It's always 3 hours before.

Sorry won't work. As said above ME picks you up 3 hours before your departing flight. So you will have to be getting on the bus at 7:30.

DME will be picking you up around 7:30 for a 10:30 flight. So no, it won't work, and I can't see any way to make it work as long as you take DME to the airport. You can do some grab and go from Mara (yes, breakfast or bakery items too) or even from the store at AKV (they have doughnuts and some packaged baked goods) the day before and keep it in your refrigerator. I don't think they allow eating or drinking on the DME bus though. I know they'll allow sealed drinks like Coke or water bottles but you probably won't be able to carry an open cup of coffee aboard.

I thought Mara didn't open till 10 am. Maybe if we can pick things up the day before or as suggested the gift shop. In the past we have rented a car so it was not as much of a problem. I hate airport food. Thanks for the advice.

Mara opens around 7 AM, but it seems like they open for purchases from the cooler/shelves before they start serving hot food.

The grill opens at 7:00 and the Grab N Go opens between 6 and 6:30.
