Not sure about deluxes, but I asked about Mods for our dates. I was told CSR was not available, but there was Free Dining availability at CBR (std. location), POFQ & POR. (We're booked for POFQ!)

cm said plenty was still available at wl i was on hold for 88 min since 730 am and @ 9am i was her 1st deluxe booking....most are booking values as it is a much better deal..... i checked the poly and it was @ 3400 for my dates, which is way too much imo....

I was offered CSR for our dates (9/22-9/29), but booked standard view Pop Century. We are all about the lowest possible price this time around. Plus with a 2 year old, I think she'll have a blast at Pop.

CM reported water view n/a those dates.

After 1 hr. 25 mins. I got the Polynesian GV room for 9/8 thru 9/15, I tried WL standard for those dates, but nothing available. So definitely deluxes are included in this promotion. Good luck everyone.
