Can we change dining options?

Hi All...

We keep changing our minds *SO* much!

At present we have a private dining event at the Whitehall and Patio but have started to wonder what other options we have around GF?

We have signed our contract but it only mentions a min of $75 per guest over he age of 21 so we should be able to make some changes?

Citrico's springs to mind... could we do something here for lunch (around 11am/noon)? How much? Would we then pick from the menu there?

Are you having an Escape wedding or a Wishes wedding?

Citricos and the other restaurants have food and beverage minimums that must be met. If you have a private event there before it opens, the minimum is $2,500 and you must be done by 3pm. The event would be catered by the Grand Floridian, not by the restaurant itself. You could still ask for dishes from Citricos' menu, but they will be approximations and could cost more.

If you choose a restaurant during the hours that it's closed then Disney catering would be providing the food. You can still build any menu you'd like from DFTWs menus you've been sent or food from any restaurant on WDW property. If you were having a dinner during restaurant hours you'd have to select from that locations menu.

We changed our reception venue about 3 months after we signed our contract. They just sent us an updated contract with the locations food and beverage minimums but everything else was the same.

Would you be willing to have something outside? You could do the Marina, or Sago Cay (depending on how many you have). I think the food and bev min for the Marina is $1500.
