Can We Cancel Yet

I noticed when I called earlier that the call center says we can't modify trips yet. Has anyone been able to call and cancel?

I haven't called yet but, I did get an email from them saying I could cancel right now. Just no modifications while the system updates.

When I logged in earlier today to the website, the modification button was removed, but the cancel button was still available.

Because I no longer have the Disney Gift Card I put my deposit on, I need to call to cancel.

You can cancel now, you just can't modify.

Thanks for the help all. I called and cancelled our Food and Wine trip today. Kind of a sad moment. I booked a 3 night Universal Studios trip just before Marathon weekend though, and I still have Beach Club for MW.
