if you buy the present promo 7 day 2 park passes and don't use them until you go, they will not be activated.

once activated, they expire on day 6 after you use them.


there is no expiration date on the passes at this point.

I've found it, but for some reason it won't let me view it when it knows I'm visiting from a UK IP address. Very annoying, and more so as it doesn't appear you can buy HHN tickets at all through the UK universal site.

If you are referring to the 7-days 2 theme parks unlimited ticket, the website says "Ticket does not include admission to Wet n' Wild."

We need a preferred annual pass for our hotel discount in August. Could we upgrade this ticket at the gate and pay the difference. How would they preserve the waterpark part of the ticket?

you can upgrade your ticket to a preferred pass at guest services.


you should call universal and ask them if the promo w/ water park can be bought at the park or is it only an on line promo.
it makes a difference.

some special promo for passes or tickets can only be bought on line.


if they say you can buy it at the park, then tell them the date you will be at universal and ask will that promo still be valid then.

Yes.

How would they preserve the waterpark part of the ticket?

They wouldn't be able to. You would lose the waterpark in the upgrade. The total amount that you paid for the ticket would go toward the upgrade. You would pay the difference in price between that and an AP. There isn't an AP that includes Wet 'N Wild. You can upgrade at anytime while the tickets are valid. So you could do Wet 'N Wild first and up grade at the end of your trip. But then you wouldn't be able to have an AP for the discounts at you hotel or discounts at the park.
