Can we buy tix now and save them for 2010???

Dang, just bought them about a month ago....missed out on the water parks.

I was able to upgrade for $7 extra per ticket!!!!! (I paid $82.99 originally pre-tax)

Here is what you have to do:

1. Go to the Universal web site and order the new tickets (the ones that include wet and wild ) for $89.99 plus tax.

2. Call Universal on line ticket store (1-407-224-7840) and tell them your new confirmation #. They confirm that you did place an order for the $89.99 tickets. Then you give them your original ticket confirmation # (for the tickets that DID NOT include wet and wild) and they will refund your credit card for that original transaction.

I just did this and it worked out perfectly. The rep I talked to was great.

Can't wait to visit wet and wild!!!!!!!!
:goodvibes

Just remember this will only work if you haven't already picked up your order. If your tickets have been fed ex'ed or print at home, your order has already been processed. If you have kiosk pick up, they should be able to do this for you though.

Yes.

They wouldn't be able to. You would lose the waterpark in the upgrade. The total amount that you paid for the ticket would go toward the upgrade. You would pay the difference in price between that and an AP. There isn't an AP that includes Wet 'N Wild. You can upgrade at anytime while the tickets are valid. So you could do Wet 'N Wild first and up grade at the end of your trip. But then you wouldn't be able to have an AP for the discounts at you hotel or discounts at the park.

Thanks for the upgrade info.

I just crunched the numbers again for APH discount and we would be saving $141 over the supersaver rate. So it looks like no Wet and Wild for us. Our little guy might just be a tad too small(42 inches) for all the big slides anyway.

Question for those who have bought the tickets online. Is there a expiration date?

no reports of expiration dates on them from posters

the last time i bought online was 2 years ago.
still have them and they are still valid.

i bought for a son as i have the ap.
i checked them at gs before and they are still valid

I just followed the link and it says not valid for Wet and Wild? Did I use the wrong link?

I think we're definately gonna buy our tix now before they go back up in price...that's a great deal for all 3 parks!:goodvibes

I'm also having difficutly seeing the WnW add on to these tickets. All that comes up is the 2 park passes. Any suggestion?

I'm thinking they might be doing the "target certain demographics" marketing again. You'll either have to call them for the deal or go through an anonymizer website that hides your IP.

Yes indeed, I used the link and the tickets specifically state they do not include WnW.

WOW, ok all check this out. As suggested above I surf the net with hidding my IP address with my Sandboxed program and BAMMM :woohoo: The tickets are available with Wet and Wild Free. :rolleyes1

Thanks everyone for the help. Woot:yay:

Thanks for this thread! First of all, I also only had the 2 park come up, I am using AOL. I signed out and went to Universal site just in Internet Explorer, and the 3 park option was there! I ordered 6, and will use them in 2010. It makes me nervous having them on the will call that long, but I will print out the info and save it.

Now I need to save $$ so we can stay in a Universal hotel for most of our trip. With THIS deal, we will likely skip Disney, and go to the Universal parks for 5-7 days.

Does your AP get you a discount on W&W tix? I ask because I would have to buy my ticket out of pocket...would only be buying two of these specials. Thanks!

Never mind...found my own answer, 25% off if anyone else needs to know!

yes, 25%

i have a ticket from 2000 for the parks.
it is still valid.

i had it checked at the guest services before.

i have the ap but saving the one day ticket for a rainy day.
