Can we buy MYW at checkiin?

I assume we can buy Magic Your Way tickets at check in like we could the LOS passes before. Our next trip, we will have 3 guests who will need MYW tickets, and I was hoping we wouldn't have to stand in line at Epcot late in the afternoon on NYE to pick them up! We will have the APs, so that is no problem.
