Can we borrow more points

Hi, we are in the process of buying a resale. We are just in the early stages and waiting for ROFR. We are hoping for the best. If all goes well, here is what we are looking at:

160 points with an August use year
There are 180 points currently available (83 + 25 banked points from 2006
which must be used by 8/1/09 + 72 borrowed points from 2008 that must be
used by 8/1/08) and 88 points coming on 8/1/08 and 160 points coming on
8/1/09

DH and I want to know if we can borrow more points from our 08 account. We are looking into a trip prior to August 08 and are considering staying in a one bedroom, which means we will need more points. Do we have to stick with the 180 points? Also, if we decide not use the 88 points coming on 8/1/08, when do we have to bank them. I'm a little confused by this.

Prior to Aug 08, you would be in the Aug 07 use year.
You could use the 25 banked points, the 83 current year points and the 72 borrowed points. You could also use the 88 Aug 08 points (borrow them), but not the Aug 09 points (you could only borrow them to use them after Aug 1, 08).

The banked O6 points will expire prior to the start of your Aug 08 use year. So you'll need to use them before Aug 1, 2008.

If you want to bank your Aug 08 points, you would need to bank them within 8 months of Aug 08. That should be by the end of Mar 09.

If you want to bank the 83 current year points from Aug 07, you can bank them up to the end of Mar 08.
