Can we book different dining plans?

We are trying to decide on the basic dining plan or the deluxe for me, DH, and DS(13). I understand that everyone in our party needs to book a dining plan but do we all need to book the same plan? For instance, can we book the deluxe for 2 of us and the regular for 1? Thank you in advance for your help.

Only if you book separate resort reservations. Everyone on the same reservation must be on the same plan.
