My brother and sister n law have just booked the 4/3 deal this summer. I think I talked them out of the dining plan and now I feel bad about. They booked everything on disney's website. Can they now go back and add on the dining plan?

Yes, they will be able to add it on to the package, but will probably have to call to change the reservation as I don't think there is a way to do that through the website.
