Can we add a 5th guest in our PBH room (rollaway option) for 4 days mid-stay?

Hi!

We are staying 9 nights (Fri-Sun) at PBH and would like to add a 5th guest (rollaway option) for 4 nights mid-stay (Mon-Fri).

There doesn't seem to be a way to do that while booking online, but would we be able to call reservations (or email) and add them and pay the additional amount per night?

Does anyone know if that is an option?

(EDITED TO ADD) Also, do we have to rent the rollaway bed? Or can we bring an air mattress?

You can bring an air mattress and they’ll provide additional bedding for it for free (we just did that last week). I don’t know the answer to your question though.

Thank you. Yes, I do know it’s about $50 a night extra. But my reservation is for 9 nights and our extra guest will only be for 4 nights. I was wondering if I can just add her for the 4 nights or have to pay for the full 9 nights for her. (I’m not able to reserve it online for her for just half the stay.)

I do believe you can add her for a portion of her stay and then have her removed from your reservation once she leaves

When you check into the hotel, the front desk employee can note the info of a guest will be on your reservation for a limited time period

Her room key can be coded for the dates she will be staying in the room

It will not be an issue to take care of this the day before she arrives to the hotel.
As long as you don’t go over the limit of number of peeps allowed in the room, all will be fine

We booked 4 into a 5 person room at HRH last month knowing we had a 5th person coming mid-stay. I told them at check in and the person just went ahead and gave us a room key for the 5th person. She did say they are supposed to charge you, but she wasn't going to. Granted YMMV, so they may still charge you. Regardless you can definitely do it at the hotel.

The only question would be is its a "maximum 4 person" room would they allow you to have a 5th person? That might be worth a call to make sure of unless you already know.

I did email the hotel but I've yet to receive a reply from them.

Their room key is the express pass. I have added an extra guest at the front desk on the day they were arriving, and like fsjking they did not charge me the extra adult fee, although that is definitely not guaranteed!

All 5 of you will get a room key and premier hotels honors it for free express for rides and shows
