Can WDW tell you if tics valid over phone????

If you have a MYW ticket can WDW tell you over the phone how many days are left on a ticket or if a ticket is still valid? I had an issue were I was charged 3 times for one set of tickets and I had to turn the issue over to my credit card company to dispute since WDW was not cooperating. Now I am just terrified that WDW will void the tickets that I have at home and have paid for.

They won't tell you over the phone if a ticket is valid, but if you take your ticket there and there is a problem, just go to customer relations with your receipt showing that your ticket is paid for and they should resolve any problem.
