Can WDW Reservations see if you have a "code" associated with your name?

Hi folks,

I have seen this mentioned before...some people have said that they have called Disney central reservations and asked if there is a PIN associated with their name/address or something like that and have been fortunate have a PIN. I was wondering...is this still the case? Has anyone had any luck with this lately and if so what did you ask the rep? I was thinking of calling to check but I am not sure what to ask...I would appreciate any help. I have been signed up for many things Disney for may years and have never rcvd a PIN code

just call them and ask if there is a pin code attached to you name. I also ask about DH's name, since we would probably be traveling together.

Simply ask the person at cro to please check if you have any pin codes or other disconts under your household name. There is no reason that they should not do this. It has helped us many times. For whatever reason we are not able to receive the emails from Disney and we never would have known that we had a pin unless I had asked. Good luck!

which number do you call to do this? i just tried at 407-939-7675 and they said they dont have access to this information

Keep trying - I called today and have a 25% pin associated with my name! It's not 40%, but better than paying rack rate

I called to see if I had a pin code attached to my name (need 1 night in April before our cruise). Anyway, she's like oh it looks like you've not been back since your last visit in 1971 ROFL I told her I wasn't even born yet in 1971 and that we were just there in Sept. LOL

Once I called to change a reservation, and the person at CRO said that there was a note on my ressie that said I was dead? And she was like, so, you are still with us then?!? I couldn't believe it!!

Here's hoping that there is a PIN associated with my name, or something at least!! I would love the 40% off...

Last year when I called to make ressies, I asked about PIN code and was told none for me. The next day, I got the 40% off PIN code in the mail.
