Can u use seaworld cup?

I have a universal cup but im bringing a friend and they do not, when i was there last time i swear i saw someone getting there sea world cup refilled at universal??

Seaworld cups are not refillable at Universal but maybe a team member was just being nice and refilled it anyway.
