They will need to be upgraded in person at the park. Just go to guest services inside either park.

Is it possible to upgrade a ticket given from a timeshare tour--- like the one park, Universal only type? I can't remember what it says on the front of the ticket, I'll have to find them first.

I have several of the 7 day tickets which I bought when they were ~$85, and I didn't want to use those yet. I doubt we'll go for more than a day or so, so I thought it might be best to look into upgrading those freebie tickets.

Okay, I found them. They are actually tickets for "2 Consecutive Days Only", and are "not valid at Islands of Adventure". At the bottom of the ticket it also states "Star 2-Day Adult/ Universal Studios Florida Only AND Citywalk".

I would love to get these upgraded, so I guess I'll just ask at Guest Services as you have recommended.

You can upgrade any Star tickets. The value of a Star ticket is the price of a one day/one park ticket ($92 plus tax). That value can be applied to the upgrade.

You are welcome. You can't upgrade them though if you have used any days before you get there. Those tickets expire in expire 2 days after first use.
