Can "Thumper" from Bambi be found anywhere in WDW?

I am guessing not... never seen this character mentioned in any guidebook, etc, but my DD has a big Thumper stuffed animal we got at the Disney store and she completely adores it. It would make her trip if we saw Thumper "live."

Anyone ever see/hear of Thumper hangin' around WDW??

We saw Thumper and his girlfriend in Camp Minnie Mickey at AK at the beginning of December, across from where the Fab Five sign autographs. From the sounds of it they were becoming pretty standard. We were there when Camp Minnie Mickey opened and I think they came out about half an hour later.

Thumper and Miss Bunny were in Camp MM when we were there at the end of October as well. It's one of my dd's most magical memories of the trip, we weren't expecting Thumper and she was overjoyed! Thumper danced with her too!

Oh wow, that is such surprising, and great, news!! The trip is very princess-centric b/c, like most 4 y.o girls, my DD just loves the princesses (Disney sure knows how to market those princesses! lol!). But I think Thumper will end up being the highlight, for some reason and I"m just so happy to hear that there's a chance we see him! That will more than make up for the fact that she can't reasonably bring the giant THumper stuffed animal on the flight w/us!

BTW, to those who posted pix....your kids SO cute! THanks for the pix!!

I love Thumper!!! I can't wait this is one character I will actually get MY picture with. I am normally not a picture person but love to snap shots of my DD who are teenagers and hate it! But I'll gladly get my picture with Thumper!!!!

I missed this area of AK all together on our first trip to WDW in 2006 but I will make sure I find it this time.

Yep! Thumper and Miss Bunny are regularly appearing (i.e. daily) at Animal Kingdom.

Yes, when I was at Animal Kingdom for opening, Thumper was making the rounds through the long lines of people. He was also taking pictures with people at the front gate during closing.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG! I just literally died at this! I'm 25, but such a huge Thumper fan. I collect stuff of him, I own like 5 different stuffed Thumpers. I just love this character so much, and a picture to be taken with him is my biggest dream *o* (Good thing I'm actually, really, moving to Kissimmee in the next couple days )
