Can this deal be legitimate ?

You have to book your hotel through their vendor first. There is a small selection of resorts and a minimum # of nights of stay. The nightly rate appears to be fixed and not dependent on when you are actually staying (the weeks surrounding and of Christmas and Easter are blackout dates).

For example, I put in Philadelphia to Orlando and selected Hyatt Regency Orlando from the list. It requires a 5 night minimum stay at $199/night......

Well, I'm not sure about WDW. I only know DLR, and if you plug in the information for your trip (airport, destination, and hotel) you will then see what the minimum number of nights required is and the price for the hotel. For instance, if I put in San Francisco as my departure airport, Disneyland as my destination, and Anaheim Marriott for hotel, it tells me I must stay 3 nights at $250/night. That is quite a bit higher than the usual cost of that hotel, but does include 1 day tickets. Note that the included park tickets are only for 1 of the 3 days so you'd have to purchase a 2-day pass or only go to Disney 1 day. The total cost for 2, for air, 2 nights' lodging and 1 day tickets comes out to $889. If I price that myself, it runs close to $1000 depending on dates.

Yeah, they are getting you on the hotel price - terms say you must pay "rack rate", which if you book yourself you would rarely do - and probably the hope that you will buy tickets for additional days. Also check the departure airports, to make sure the airport you want is listed - they have a relatively short list of airports.

Thanks! I was just pricing it out with their hotel requirements and with a family of 4 coming from Minneapolis airport it won't save us anything because we are required to stay 6 nights. If it would have only been the 2 of us and there were other sights in Orlando we wanted to see, it might have been a good deal for us. I priced out each option and compared the per night rate to the rates on other sites. Only 2 of the hotel options available to me were less than the rates for the same hotel and room on other sites. I could see how this could possible save some travelers money, but, unfortunately, not my family.

click thru to see the hotels that you are required to stay at.....cheapest one I could find was $175 per night, with a 7 night minimum.

You'll need to do the math to see if it's worth it to you, but I know you can find a lot better hotel prices offsite at either land or world. So best idea is to price what you can find yourself, and then see if it's cheaper than their hotel requirements.

I'd also be a bit leery about the paragraph that talks about "if available"....the cynic in me is thinking you pay this and then find that "cheap" hotel isn't available any date you want to go but hey, this twice as high one is.
