Can this be true? Recieved 30% PIN, TA says cannot apply

Hi all,

I initially booked my trip for WDW via AAA TA with 10% discount at the GF. In May DH recieved a PIN for 20% discount via e-mail. AAA TA applied that PIN discount to our reservation. Today, I recieved another PIN via e-mail for 30% discount. TA says she cannot apply as its the same discount as the PIN DH recieved. But the DH e-mail clearly states 20% disc. while my e-mail states 30% disc. TA says she's confirmed this with Disney. Can this be true? Could GF be excluded from the promotion? The e-mail doesn't say so. The savings isn't huge but its still savings!

Any thoughts?

Try calling Disney directly to book.

Then, once booked - transfer it over to your TA.
