Yesterday my mom told that my step father might not be coming ong the trip anymore. something that has to with work. I tell her well we need to know cause it is almost our 45 day mark and after that it will cost us money to cancel or change things. Well I was right TODAY is our 45 days we have thought of a couple of option if he does not go but needs to be all done today. please let me know if it could be done:

1. we have two rooms right now at pop. we will not need two rooms if he does not come so we would like to cancel one room and have my mom added in my room. would it be possible to do this sent booking for free dinning is over? I think maybe cause she was booked with free dinning just in her own room. Also we would have an extra MNSSHP anything we can do with this. Maybe sell it. I am not sure I have not read the back to see if you can or not.

2. We might ask my aunt to go. again we will need answer today. then all we have to do is change the people staying in the room. Is there a charge for this.

Also can someone tell me about canceling plane tickets or changing the passenager?

Only CRO will help with the room.

You should have no problem changing to the Aunt.

The MNSSHP could be sold or Aunt can use that.

Depending on what airline you are flying will depend on what you can do with the airline tickets.

With SWA (we fly all the time) it would be just a matter of cancleing and then rebooking with the new name at what ever price is available at the time.

Others the persons name on the cancled ticket is the only one to use it and most charge fees. This can all be handled with a call as well to see if it makes sence.
