Can this be done on Paypal?

I want to add funds to my paypal account, but I do not want to add from my bank account. I tried the help section, but it only shows the bank account option. I also tried the contact us section, but it doesn't appear to work. I thought I remember seeing a way to do this a long time ago. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

What you can do (if you don't want to use your bank account to fund PayPal) is to purchase a Green Dot Money Pak (sold alongside gift cards at most major retailers).

There is a $4.95 fee for the service.
