Can they do the flatbreads gluten-free at Capt. Cook's?

That's where my friend I'm meeting for MNSSHP wants to eat - she is obsessed with trying some meatballs? (EW in my opinion - meat was not supposed to be made into balls) - and I'd probably only be interested in the Hawaiian Flatbread from their menu - but I'm gluten-free.

I know they can do gluten-free flatbreads at other places...but for some reason I've not heard of it at Capt. Cook's. Anyone know?

They’ve said no to me each time I’ve asked about exactly this, the most recent time being at the end of June. I would stay away from Captain Cook’s GF foods if only based on the heinousness of their gluten free buns.

FWIW, my go-to GF meal there is the kids meal of a pineapple/chicken skewer over salad. It’s surprisingly filling.

Thanks. That is what I was afraid of. So weird that pretty much anywhere else on property that does flatbreads can do them.

This may turn into a "Ok, you eat there and I'll go get my yummy flatbread at Contempo that I know they can do and we'll meet at the MK entrance gates." thing.
