Can these be traded at WDW?

My daughter caught the pin trading bug and I want to buy her some cheap pins to trade for our next WDW trip. I have seen some and the seller describes them as 'they are "soft enamel", not hard enamel.
They have the Disney and copyright backstamp and are made by Sedesma in Europe.'

Can my daughter trade these with CM's at WDW?

Yes! She can. They're a different style, and perfectly acceptable. Some may call them "cheap" because they are less expensive, but I have a few in my collection, so it's a matter of opinion.
