Can the drink credit from Quick Service Dining plan used at Starbucks?

I've read a couple of things that seem to indicate you can use your beverage credit from Universal's QS meal plan at Starbucks. Does anyone know if this is true? And if so, can it be used on any of their drinks/sizes (such as frappuccino)?

For your non-alcoholic beverages, you can choose from a regular-sized fountain soda; bottled water, juice, or sports drink; or coffee, cocoa, or tea (including tall Starbucks brews).

What about snack credits, do you know if they me used at Starbucks for anything?

One site you listed is 3 years old
Other site was updated January but unaware what was updated in it

I don't do Starbucks so can't say or give you an answer on that

OK, I finally have an answer, so I thought I'd report back on what I found out. I first tried emailing guest services and got a reply that seems to have given me incorrect information, because it claimed Starbucks doesn't participate in the dining plan. I found this strange since Universal's website lists Starbucks as a snack option location.

I had a chance to call guest services tonight and after few moments of checking into it, she told me you can get a small pastry with a snack credit at Starbucks. When I asked about drinks, she said you can use a drink credit for a regular coffee, tea or hot chocolate there. So there we have it.

Yes, I got tall iced coffees (flavored) last year. Alsso got bottled frapps. The CityWalk location has a book. The park location had no clue.
