can someone who has a kindle HD answer this question quickly please

Does the Kindle HD have Flash Adobe? My understanding is that an IPAD doesnt? If the Kindle HD does this is going to save me a lot of money.

My daughter has been flip flopping back and forth on wanting an Ipad and a Kindle HD for Christmas. The IPAd would be a gift to share but if I got the Kindle it would be hers alone.

I don't think so, but I have a regular Fire not HD.

I can go to flash enabled websites ok if thats what you are asking on my husband Kindle Fire HD....

I've never tried it but my understanding is it is possible. You can't use the native Amazon browser, you have to install a different one that can utilize the Flash player. About 1/2 way down this page look for the post by the Amazon Forum Pro that gives the instructions

my daughter loves the game poptropicia(not sure it is spelled correctly) anyway it utilizes flash. We had purchased an Ipad as a family gift knowing that she would have to share with her sister but now she is hinting around that she would like to have her own device and we just can't afford to give her an ipad of her own.

Her sister is getting a new dsi for Christmas so the Kindle would be hers alone. So it looks like I'm taking back an IPAD and getting a Kindle tomorrow.

This Christmas (buying) is giving me heartburn this year. It was so simple when they liked the wrapping paper
