As per the PS Calculator, I tried to call the Cafe for a PSThey told me two weeks out. Then I realized the DC members get a discount at the Express. Can those who have been share the differences with me (food, atmosphere, noise, etc...)? And, can you make PS at Express? Thanks

I love the Cafe. I believe that Express is counter service/takeout.

Express is basically take out (or take it outside and eat it at the tables). The pizza's take a few minutes to cook, but the sandwiches and such are ready to grab and go, not much wait.
Express has no atmosphere so to speak, and really isn't much more than a glorified fast food counter service (but the food is higher quality). I doubt they take PS, and I don't think you would need one.
Cafe is a restaurant. LOUD, with small tables and trendy looking wait staff. The menu is 10X or 20X that of the Express offerings. Lots of sushi.
Have tried both. Won't bother with Cafe again, but may try Express if in a big hurry.

Wolfgang Express is one of my Favorite COUNTER-SERVICE restaurants in WDW. Then menu is the same size as almost every other counter-service resraurant. They have really good rotisserie chicken and pizza's.

Only outdoor seating. I usually go to the one in the Market Place, but there is another one next to the cafe on the West Side. They do get quite busy at dinner, but they usually speed the line along.

I've eaten at both. Express is good for a quick bite or take out. All the pizza's are prepared as you wait; some of the sandwiches are pre-made; others are made to order. A definite cut above fast food in my opinion.

I like the cafe too. I agree with the previous poster who said it was loud and the tables are very close together. The food is good and the variety should be able to please a wide variety of people. Most entrees are in the $10-$15 range. I don't think there was anything over $20.
