Can someone tell me how to do this?

I am trying to make a DISign, and I'd like to format my image into a Mickey Head. I am relatively computer literate but don't have advanced software. I have Office software as well as Mac software (Keynote and Pages). If someone can tell me how to take one image, like a character, and insert in into a Mickey Head, I'd be super grateful. If it's not clear what I'm asking and you're willing to offer some help, let me know what I need to clarify. Thanks!

I use Photoshop Elements not sure how to tell you how to do it. If you would like some help, I would be willing to help. What image(s) are you wanting inside the Mickey head?
