We are heading to Universal Aug 27th thru Sept 1st staying at RPR!!:cool1:

I have few questions about the whole process.....

1) Do we all wait in line (it would be the express line because we are staying on site)?

2) Does the ride attendant take us to a swap area and when the ride is finished do we really swap or get in the express line again?

3) How many people can ride the second time (I don't want to take advantage or anything it is just my 8 year old nephew and 10 year old niece will want to ride a second time)?

TIA!!

You would all stay on the line together, then when you are ready to board, the child and one (or 2) of the party can stay with the child in the holding area. When you and the remainder of the party come off the ride, they guide you to the holding area. The one (or 2) that were with the child emerge from there and board the ride. I think 3 can ride again, not sure, but I know 2 can, even if only 1 had remaind with the child & the other rider already had previously gone on. My DD has been on it twice in a row with child swap. She went with my cousin while I stayed with her baby. Then she came with me when my cousin stayed with her baby.

many of the child swap holding rooms are a good size and comfortable for the party there......and a/c

Yes, everyone goes through line (express/regular/singles) and then you split at the top.

They will tell you where to go for the waiting area. There are signs that point the way.

After the swap, you (and whomever wants to ride again) goes to the loading area and will get on in less than 5 mins.

3) How many people can ride the second time (I don't want to take advantage or anything it is just my 8 year old nephew and 10 year old niece will want to ride a second time)?

As many that want to ride again.

What a great system!!!! I can't wait to try it out and a big thanks to everyone who responded!!!:goodvibes

My brother and friends and I were getting off the Simpsons the other day and we walked past the baby swap area. Because my brother couldn't resist the urge, he said really loudly 'They SWAP BABIES HERE?! How inhumane!' The look on some of the people's faces were priceless. :lmao:
