Can Someone Tell Me How Much This Is?

I'm looking to buy my dd one of the Princess trading pin bags that has 4 or 5 pages inside with a carrying/shoulder strap.
I have a friend going down to wdw later this month who is willing to pick one up for me so I am trying to find out how much money I should give him.

There is one on eBay right now for $28 US. Is this about right?
I'd buy that one, but with another $17 US to ship to Canada, it seems a bit pricey to me.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Don't buy that one! We just bought one a few weeks ago and I have the receipt in front of me...$22 plus 6% tax. If you add another $6.95 pin you'll qualify for a cast lanyard pin for $1 too - and still be cheaper than eBay! We got ours a Disney's Pin Trader, the kiosk in DTD but I know they are sold elsewhere.
