Can someone tell me about Staples Free PC tune up

I've been seeing in the past few Staples ads an offer for a "Free PC tune up". Has anyone had this done? Is there some hidden catch? It is in store only, and it says to see an associate for details. I'm all for a free PC tune up as my PC is getting to be on the older side, but I don't want to lug it all the way over there to find out that there are hidden fees or something I wasn't aware of. Or is this offer a way for them to get you there so they can try to hard sell one of their other services?
The ad says they will "Boost speed and performance, Check for spyware and viruses, and optimize your hard drive".
