Can someone teach me?

I really want to try to make some of these types of things. I am trying to figure out how you get the picture INSIDE the other image. Like the pictures inside the Mickey head or the pictures inside a name. I would reallllllly appreciate it if someone would be willing to try to explain it for me. Thanks

well I have Corel paint shop pro and a trial of photoshop so I don't think I have all the features on it.
