how to say..I like to sleep..in Spanish??

Pretty please??;)

Hi Brier Rose

Literally, it would be 'Me gusta dormir' or you could the expression 'Soy dormilona' . This last one would translate to something like "I'm a sleeper"

HTH! and welcome to Dis en español :hippie:

En Espana decimos que tal persona es un "zombi", porque siempre estaba entumbado en su cama..

If you REALLY like to sleep you could say.....Me encanta dormir!!:thumbsup2

:rotfl: Hey Rose,

Well there is a couple ways of putting that in if you want to say that you really like to sleep then you say 'Me gusta dormir!'
pronounced [meh - goo - stah - dorrr - mirrr]

ITmickey has a point too you can also say 'Soy dormilona'
which means like she said your a sleeper. That's pronounced
[Soy (Self Explanatory :lmao:) - dorr - me - low - nah]

If you say that you sleep alot it's
'Yo duermo mucho' that's pronounced
[Yo - dwer - mo - moo - cho]

ENJOY!

:rotfl: Thanks everybody!

I had totally forgotten I even asked this! It was actually for a friend who is taking Spanish.

I have NO idea.WHY..he needed that saying exactly, but hey...I learned something too!

Thanks Again!

I thought it was in case you were a hotel guest and a (mostly) Spanish-speaking maid wanted to clean and you wanted to sleep?

agnes!
