I hate sinusitis! LOL. And being a full time student and full time worker (w/o benefits) to pay for being a full time student has finally taken its toll on me. Thats right sinusitis people! And to took it off I'm taking some Amox that expired in 2003 b/c I cant afford to go to the Dr. Looks like I"m going to getting some insurance before I start student teaching int eh fall. I'm sure those teens will infect me with all their ugly diseases!

This is a VERY inexpensive way to take care of your sinus problem. It is a little gross, but it DOES work. It is just a saltwater rinse. You can make your own at home or buy the premade packages. You can use any squit bottle. You just spray the salt water up your nose and blow it back out. You will feel 100% better after doing it for a few days!

Walmart sells a generic Claritin. Ask the pharmacist for the right product. It was very inexpensive and really helped me. Especially with the headaches. Hope you fell better soon.

haha funny you say that my best friend whos studying to be a nurse also recommended this. I do have issues with snorting things up ny nose however i might just give it a try!

I feel your pain - I have had sinusitus a couple of times and these past two weeks has been horrible - the weather (Im in the northeast) has made me dizzy, weak, lightchested - its awful - I cant wait for the fall and the cooler weather - just take it easy - you will feel better soon

I might try that salt water thing too - LOL

I'm with you guys. i had to go to bed at 7:30 last night cuz I had such a bad sinus headache. Bring on the snow!

My kids started using this when they were 7. They didn't like it either, but they did it because it made them feel better. You get used to it.

Salt water works!!! Its great. I mean I dont feel 100% but i feel about 85% which I consider very nice at this point!

Zicam Holy cow that stuff is the bomb. Works quickly and will work for me when Claritin doesn't (rare that it doesn't).

I have sinus issues too. I really need to go see an allergist.

I use Flonase. It sure helps with the headaches but my nasal canal still feels shut off. I keep forgetting about the saline spray. Gotta start keeping it on my table. Out of sight, out of mind. :3dglasses

Sinusitis is miserable and I'm so prone to it. I hate when I get the infections and not just the pressure headache. OUCH
