Okay...let's see.

1) Bus to MGM and then boat to BW (or walk via the walkway, about 15 mins) or, boat to DTD then hop on the BW bus.

2) Same as #1
3) Bus to MK, then boat to GF.

4) Monorail to MK the bus to PO

5) Monorail to MK then bus to AllStarSports

If a park is no longer open when you would need to be there to transfer to a bus, you can always take the bus to DTD and transfer there. Using DTD can be very time consuming though, so be prepared.

Since there is no direct Disney Transport between resorts, let me just start out saying you might want to look into renting a car.

For #1 and #2, take a bus to MGM, and from MGM you can either walk or take a FriendShip boat to the Boardwalk area.

For #3, take a bus to Magic Kingdom, then the boat (shorter) or monorail (longer) to GF.

For #4 and #5, take the monorail to Magic Kingdom, and from there walk to the bus area and take a bus to the desired resort. There will be signs to tell you which stop is the waiting area for which resort.

To and from the Boardwalk, if you have park hopper passes AND Epcot is open, you have the option of entering Epcot through the International Gateway entrance, walking all the way through the park to the main entrance, and then finding the bus loading area for each of the resorts you are going to. This would involve a lot of walking, and also, as I said, is dependent upon park hopper passes AND Epcot being open a tthe time you want to do this.

You are spending a lot of money for a short time at Disney. That said my best advice is to either rent a car or do what I do and that is take a taxi - cheaper than a car. I spend $10 to $12 for a taxi and it delivers me right to the door without any parking hassles or long walks from the parking lot to the park or lodge. I can pick up a taxi quickly and the trip anywhere is fast. I love the taxis - and no gas cost either.... Taking Disney transportation for the trips you plan will waste so much Disney time and be so irritating I would not do it....
