Can someone please help me with this question about a non-Disney breakfast?

I have found a coupon online for a kids eat free at the Ponderosa in orlando. It did'nt state whether it was good just for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nothing really. Just kids under 5 eat free with the purchase of an adult buffet. Has anyone had any experience with a coupon like this lately at the Ponderosa. We are wanting to eat breakfast there at least once in a few weeks, but if it thats good and my three-year-old gets to eat free, we might make it twice!!! I posted this same question under the orlando attractions section and not one answer from anyone. I guess I can just give them a call if no one really knows.

If there is no fine print that limits you on the type of buffet, then I'd say it's good for whichever meal you want.

I second what Lola said. I hate Ponderosa but it is one hell of a cheap sit down breakfast. If you can fill up for cheap there you might save money on the snacks and stuff at the parks.

Surely its not that bad is it?:confused3 But thanks for the comments!!

We won't eat there for any reason ever

To each their own and some like it. Choices are good:thumbsup2

I didn't even know they did breakfast. Interesting.

Another good off-site breakfast place is Waffle House. It's close and a southern staple. Again, not going to win any awards for great cooking, but inexpensive it is.

There is one right off I4 right by DTD I think.

Ponderosa isn't that bad. My brother-in-law will never set foot in another Applebee's but that doesn't make it a bad restaurant (he just doesn't like the noise and so says he "hates" it).

Just to mention to everyone. There are a TON of coupon books available at any tacky gift shop along Highway 192. There are a lot of good deals in there, especially if you have kids. A lot of places will give you a kids meal free with the purchase of an adult meal. Kids meals are cheap. So the restaurant makes their money off pulling in the adults that might not ordinarily eat there. For the OP, they were only going to eat there once but now will do it twice. So, for Ponderosa, two more adult meals they wouldn't have normally gotten. The money they "lose" on the kids meals is insignificant. Kids normally don't eat that much anyway.
