Can someone please give me some recommendations for TS on the DDP? We will probably do all 5 of our table service meals in the evenings, but I am clueless on good places to go with the dining plan. We like just regular food, nothing exotic. I'm planning on the 50's primetime fave & Le Cellier, but what else? Woud you recommend the Whispering Lodge or Coral Reef. Will have 11 & 5 year old boys with us.

I'll say this--we ate dinner last year at Crystal Palace. We loved it so much, we'll be going twice this year.

I think your boys might enjoy the Whispering Canyon at WL. It is a bit rowdy, but fun. Our kids--DD 11 and DS 6 were kind of crabby when we got there, but soon got into the fun. We enjoyed the food--you can have a milkshake (with refills) as your drink on the DDP--who doesn't like that?

Raglan Road, Kona Cafe, 'Ohanas, Le Cellier, Hollywood and Vine.

Those were my top 5 favorites. We do plan to eat at Coral Reef this year though.

Funny, BabyPiglet, we also Loved Hollywood & Vine, but Ill bet were in the minority! :lmao:

I wouldnt discount San Angel Inn, the food isnt that exotic and the atmosphere is wonderfull.

The Yachtsman Steakhouse has great food. (My DH really enjoyed his $40 24-oz. Porterhouse Steak) It's a short walk (or boat ride) from EPCOT. The atmosphere is kind of stuffy, but we had a table by the window and my DS, 5 at the time, enjoyed watching all the activity outside.

I would agree with Coral Reef. My kids also love Tepan Edo, Boma at AKL (food was great even for a picky 3yo)& LeCelliar.

we did nothing fancy last trip and loved every meal, planet hollywood,le cellier lunch, wolfgang pucks, the plaza, crystal palace(breakfast) cape may (breakfast).

We also love Crystal Palace! We go there on every WDW trip. We also like Planet Hollywood too. Another good one (but it's actually a CS instead of a TS) is Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD.:thumbsup2

Chef Mickey's

Crystal Palace

Leceiller

SCI-FI Dine inn thats the one where you can dine in a car! Your boys will probably love that!

Whispering Canyon

Kona Cafe

Our favorites not listed already are: Liberty Tree Tavern, Tutto Italia (lasagna was to die for!), and Chef Mickey's.

I booked our ADR's today. We will have a 10 yr. old girl, 7 yr.old boy and 2 yr.old boy with us. Favorites from 2006 that we are doing again are: Chef Mickey, Boma, 'Ohana. We will be trying for the first time-Crystal Palace ( for b'fast), Coral Reef, and 1900 Park Fare. We will also be trying 50's Prime Time Cafe and Whispering Canyon Cafe. I have been to these last three on an adults only trip, but think the kids will enjoy them too. Good Luck with your choices!
