Can someone please explain the Jungle book and Rivers of light?

Rivers of Light was due to start a month ago. They couldn't get the automatic guidance systems on the barges to work so delayed the show.
Jungle Book Alive with Magic is a temporary show until RoL is ready.
Jungle Book show starts this weekend and is currently scheduled to September 4th.
Rumours are they are trying to get RoL ready for July 4th and if it does work then the Jungle Book show gets swapped out.

1) They also have problems with limit switches and programming.
2) Other rides have guidance systems, so this "should" be resolved.
