Can someone please enlighten me regarding insurance

Take it from someone that did exactly that--traveled sick so not to lose the cruise. As I previously stated I did take my stupid pills doing this...and my real fear these days would be how I would pay for if my DW or myself had to be airlifted off the ship. The couple of hundred dollars is so worth the peace of mind and I do hope we never have to use the insurance.
