Can someone please answer these questions, e-mailing Disney is a joke!!

What time can we exspect the buses to arrive at our hotel on non-EMH days and on EMH days? Also, on EMH days, do the buses run early for the park that is opening early only or for all parks?? :confused

Sorry, I can't answer your questions, but I found it interesting that Disney hasn't responded to your e-mail. I've always received a response when inquiring about WDW, either by e-mail or a phone call. Sometimes it took a day or two, but they've always answered.

But, then I NEVER got a response when I complained about the Disney Channel, but that's another thread.

I dont know the exact times. I dont know if they even have exact times, dont think so. I think the rule of thumb is that a bus comes at least every 15 minutes.

About EMH's, yes the busses run in accordance with those times.

We'll be at ASMu the same week.

I'm not 100 % sure but I think that generally the buses run 1 hour prior to park openeing. We had ADR's at both AK and MK last trip before the park opened and we did manage to get to the parks about a 1/2 hour before they opened taking the bus.

Yes they run 1 hour before and after closing and every 15 minutes in between.

I think the park with the EMH hours has buses that run an hour before that park opens, and the rest start an hour before their respective park opens.

The buses start to run an hour before park opening. For EMH parks, that would mean an hour before the EMH opening.
