Can someone out there please make me a birthday design? My daughter has her heart set on one of Natalie's and I haven't been able to get a hold of Natalie. We leave for WDW Wednesday.

It says Today is my 30th Birthday Feel free to treat me special. I need it with a 13, not a 30.

I started this before you made your plea to Natalie. Hopefully she will see it and be able to help you out but if not...this is Natalie's DISign...I changed the number on it. It isn't a 100% match as I didn't have her artwork or font style, but it was the closest I could get. If Natalie doesn't reply and you want me to add more characters...let me know but I thought the Minnie was cute with present and balloons.
