that you had no immigration check in St. Thomas because you did not stop at a port prior to that stop?
 
I can confirm it. I am not on board right now, but when we did the same cruise 2 years ago and stopped in PR we did NOT have to do the immigation check. PR is US territory, so the immigration check dosn't apply.
