Can someone make a design like this?

I saw these designs on ebay and thought they were so cute. Did someone on here make them? If so, could someone please tell me who the designers are? If not, I am asking if a designer could come up with something like these.

I want it to say Baker Chrismas Vacation 2010 at the bottom. I would like 4 people....Dad (Tracey, bald, w/ mustache if possible), Mom (Wendy, with short brown hair), DD-12 (Kendall, short brown hair in a bob), DS (Cody-10, really short brown hair)

What about this design? Would it be possible to do something like this with different characters in the ornaments? If so, could I get:
Mickey- with the name Tracey
Minnie- with the name Wendy
Tinkerbell- with the name Kendall
Stitch- with the name Cody
The Baker Family
Christmas Vacation

Tebi does family pictures with mickey hats, etc. on them…you might try posting the first pic on her thread below to see if she can do something similar:
