I posted this over on the codes board, but have gotten little response:

Today I received a postcard which states: "..we went ahead and put together some customized information and an offer for you! And you'll find it all at: visit.disneyparks.com/(family name)_(5 numbers)_(4 numbers)*

When I go online I am unable to find anything customized towards me and no code information! I called central reservations and spoke with a very nice CM who was unable to help at all. He did tell me that I had a code "a looooong time ago (2002). Gey thanks..

So, can anyone help me figure out how to access this "customized information and an offer?

Are you sure it's actually from Disney and not a scam?

There is no web site called visitdisneyparks.com .

Disney websites normally start with disneyworld.disney.go.com (meaning as a home page without your family info in the name). That's not to say they couldn't have come up with a new address, but it sounds suspicious to me if the CM couldn't confirm anything.

It's from Disney Destinations, LLC, and they actually have my son's name. I think that I signed up for the dvd using his name (kids love to get mail you know)

Plus, when you type visit.disneyparks.com it does bring you right to the familiar disney page that I've seen waaaay tooo many times.

I put it in like all one word, so that explains that then. Don't know an answer, though. Sorry!

does the code they gave you start with a 0? i have seen some people say that they can't look it up with the 0...don't know if it will help at all.

I'll try that. I do remember that most people had 3 digit codes and mine is 4 digits, but begins with a 0

When you call, tell them it's in your son's name. We had a code sent in my son's name. They have to look it up under his name. They said they brought up his "profile" in the computer to find it. Our code actually came from disney@email.visit.disneyparks.com, so it's definitely for real. Our code type sounds like it was different than yours (more digits), but I would definitely call back and ask them to look it up in your son's name.

You'll have to let us all know what happens. Good Luck!:wizard:
