I had to form a new account today because I could not get into my old Dis account. I had my old account for around 10 years (kandb) and I was always able to sign in automatically (computer remembered me) but last week, it didn't recognize me and I don't know my password from that long ago and do not have the email I originally signed in with. Anyhoo, I did sent to "contact us" forms but didn't hear anything. Is there anyway to get my old account back? Thanks for any help.
