Can Someone Help Me With Excel?

I'm pretty good at using Excel. I can usually figure things out. I've had no formal training in it, though. I probably use it more than any other program I have. I did something, and I can't fix it. Normally, I enter data and then use my arrows to navigate to different cells. But, I did something so now when I arrow right instead of going to the next cell, it moves me right on the whole spreadsheet and stays in that cell. Does anyone know what I did and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Just a little embarrassed by that. Never intentially used that button before. It worked, though. Thanks for the help. I guess I'm glad I can figure out the more complex things on my own.

Don't worry - that darn button has gotten everybody at some point. Why IS it there by the way? Has anybody ever used that thing??
