Can someone help me with avatars?

I want to use these avatars but they are too big, file wise.

Can anyone edit them so I can use them on here?

E-mail me and I'll send you the ones I can shrink to size. domthirteen at cox dot net. I doubt I'll be able to get the Gus one down. Animation can eat up alot of memory.
