Can someone help me with a link

I just started a new trip report and I want to have this link

in my signature, but I want it to say:
February 2008 Family Trip to Disney
instead of the link

Not too sure on this one, maybe someone else can help too....but on the other thread we've been having problems with siggy's. We've found that if you replace the [font] on the beginning and end of your link with

in the back, the signatures will come up. I hope this makes sense and helps you out!
