Can someone help me? posting issues

I am trying to post on the resturaunt board and I keep getting an error that "this post is a duplicate post of one you have posted in the past 5 minutes". I have tried it 3 times to post waiting 15 min between postings. The thread is not showing on the board and is not in my subscriptions? I am not using AOL and have never had problems posting before? what am I doing wrong?

I tried again and changed some of the posting and title and got it to work.
